On a recent trip to a pharmacy, 83-year-old John Edens didn’t have his insurance card and was denied his prescription. His daughter Sandi Vogeli got a phone call letting her know about the problem, not from Edens or even from the pharmacy, but from Ann Marie Hart, a driver at Edens’ residence, The Village of East Harbor.
