Tyler Luce, Interim Senior Vice President of Finance/CFO, joined PVM in late 2024, leveraging nearly a decade of experience auditing the organization to strengthen its financial operations and support its mission.

In addition to his interim role, Tyler is the CEO and Founder of Willow Haven Consulting, specializing in interim CFO services, outsourced accounting, audit preparation, financial reporting, and automation solutions. His expertise in delivering tailored financial strategies has made him a trusted advisor across industries. Previously, Tyler was an Assurance Senior Manager at Plante Moran, PLLC, leading major engagements in the healthcare and government sectors. A Certified Public Accountant, Tyler holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Michigan State University. He resides in Plymouth with his wife, Brooke.
