Dotty St. Amand, Executive Director of Perry Farm Village and The Birches, served older adults and their families in her leadership roles throughout Southwest Michigan and Southwest Florida before returning home to Northern Michigan.

She holds a Master of Social Work degree with a focus on policy, planning, and administration and is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator.  

Dotty is a servant leader with a focus on advocacy for older adults and high standards in delivery of elder care. She has presented seminars to hundreds of professionals, family caregivers, and consumers—locally, regionally, and nationally—on the topics of aging, dementia, elder abuse, and caregiving in her career.
