Dana Phelan, Vice President of Housing joined PVM in 2004.

With more than 20 years of leadership experience in operations and housing management, Dana brings deep expertise in affordable, market-rate, and multi-layered compliance programs. She is certified in LIHTC, HUD-subsidized housing, and other complex regulatory models, and previously managed a diverse multi-family portfolio before joining PVM. Dana holds two degrees—one in Art and another in General Business Administration—and is committed to operational excellence and mission-driven service. She and her family reside in New Baltimore, Michigan.
