Linda Sisco is a positive person, a pretty good singer and a cancer survivor. On Wednesday, she became a beauty pageant winner.

Sisco beat out six other finalists for the title of Ms. Senior Michigan, earning a trip to the Ms. Senior America competition in Atlantic City, N.J., in October.
