Cottages
For residents 55 years and older the Cottages offer both market rate and income qualified options*
The Cottage homes include electric stove, disposal, refrigerator, dishwasher, stackable washer and dryer, patio, air conditioning/heat, mini-blinds, personal emergency response system and access to planned social events, activities and transportation. Monthly rent also includes maintenance, sewer and water; as well as lawn cutting and snow removal. Gas and electric utilities and phone are not included in monthly rates.
A one-time non refundable move-in fee of $600 is due at the time of lease signing.
Income Qualified Units
Designated units are offered at a lower rate under the low income housing tax credit program. Qualified applicants income must not exceed:
$38,580 – 1 person household
$44,100 – 2 person household
