2017 marked the completion of the Weinberg Green Houses® at Thome Rivertown Neighborhood. The first of its kind in the country, it provides integrated care in a community setting. PACE participants are residents and have total access to services at their fingertips. Many thanks to The Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Foundation for making this a reality! Green House® residents are living and receiving care in an ideal setting.
