Vista Grande Villa (VGV) and Presbyterian Villages of Michigan (PVM) have announced the signing of a Management Agreement for Vista Grande Villa in Jackson. VGV opened in 1972 and operates as a non-profit, locally sponsored life plan retirement community. It is the only life plan retirement community in the area and has a comprehensive range of accommodations, services, programs and care available, currently serving over 300 residents. VGV’s continuing care/lifecare agreements provide a unique opportunity for consumers in that it guarantees care for a lifetime while remaining on the same campus. PVM, based in Southfield, Michigan, is an experienced senior living and aging services organization that was founded in 1945. It currently serves over 5,000 seniors across the State in 30 communities (urban, suburban, rural and resort areas). PVM is dedicated to “positively transform senior living and enhance the communities it serves.” PVM will be providing management services to Vista Grande Villa, including assistance with strategic planning and the marketing functions by utilizing its expertise to further enhance the community heritage for which VGV is known. The management agreement will commence on February 1, 2018. A community event will be held at a future date to celebrate two respected organizations working together for VGV residents and seniors in the surrounding area.
