Ownership and management for The Park at Trowbridge, a senior living community located in Southfield Michigan, will be changing effective December 1, 2016. The Park at Trowbridge offers 297 apartment homes with services, programs and a broad range of amenities. It opened in 1988 and is located at the southwest corner of Civic Center Drive and Berg Road.
The new owner is The Park at Trowbridge Group, a partnership comprised of dedicated individuals who are investing in the future of The Park at Trowbridge and are committed to implementing major capital improvements during the next two years. Two of these individuals, Jack Bodenstein and Cipora Moskowitz, have strong long-term connections with the Detroit metropolitan region.
The Park at Trowbridge Group has selected Presbyterian Villages of Michigan (PVM) to manage The Park at Trowbridge. PVM’s home office is located in Southfield just a mile to the east. PVM is an experienced senior living and aging services organization that was established in 1945. It operates nearly 30 senior living communities across Michigan.
The Park at Trowbridge Group is coordinating the planned renovations and capital improvements. Representatives from the new owner and management said “we are extremely excited to begin this new relationship, to serve residents, and to strengthen The Park at Trowbridge’s quality reputation.”
