Completed in 2008, The Village of Hampton Meadows combines sophisticated city living with the comforts and amenities of a private residence. This Victorian inspired, two-story building offers 50 spacious, fully modern one-bedroom apartments. Co-sponsored by Lutheran Homes of Michigan and Presbyterian Villages of Michigan, The Village of Hampton Meadows is more than a beautiful place to live, although it’s certainly that. It’s also a community that celebrates the beauty of its residents.

Located on Pine Road in Bay City, Michigan, this intimate community is designed to offer you the best of all worlds. You can enjoy the comfort of your lovely apartment or be with your friends in one of the building’s common areas.

The Village of Hampton Meadows offers apartments with wall-to-wall carpeting, emergency call system, individually controlled heating and cooling, fully equipped kitchens with refrigerator/freezer and front panel controls on the stove, and hand-held shower-heads. We even have specially designed apartments for mobility-impaired residents.

The Village also features an activity and computer center, wellness exercise room, library/reading room, beauty/barber shop and more! It’s conveniently located to shopping, healthcare facilities, restaurants, recreation, entertainment, and other services.

Affordable, Quality Living

Because the construction of The Village of Hampton Meadows was made possible through funding from the U.S. Development of Housing and Urban Development, we are able to provide government-subsidized housing. Provided you are 62 years of age or older and meet the specified income limits, your rent is based on 30% of your adjusted gross annual income.
