PACE® stands for Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly. PACE programs are health-plan sponsored health care providers. PACE Southeast Michigan works to help seniors 55 and older maintain good health and personal independence. The purpose of the program is to promote quality of life for frail seniors who want to live in their community by offering care for their medical, social and physical needs.
PACE Southeast Michigan serves participants throughout the southeastern Michigan area. The program is a joint venture of Henry Ford Health System (HFHS) and Presbyterian Villages of Michigan (PVM).
